About the Role

Ranking on Google is only half the job now. A lot of people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews instead, and those answers lean on a handful of pages. We want our clients' pages to be the ones that get picked. That's SEO, plus AEO (answer engine optimisation) and GEO (generative engine optimisation), and it's what you'll learn with us. On live client sites, not practice projects.

You don't need to be an expert yet. We'd rather have someone curious, who reads a results page and wonders why that site is sitting at number one. If you've already played with Search Console or schema, good. If not, we'll show you.

What You'll Do

• Find the keywords and questions real customers type, and help us decide which ones are worth chasing.

• Check client sites for the boring stuff that quietly kills rankings: slow pages, broken links, missing schema, pages Google can't index.

• Rewrite pages so they answer the question straight away, clearly enough that Google and AI assistants want to quote them.

• Test which of our clients' pages ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews already mention, and figure out why the rest get skipped.

• Keep an eye on rankings and traffic in Search Console and GA4, and tell us in plain words what changed and why.
